GrowCoupons is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access our coupon codes and deals, regardless of their abilities or the technology they use.
We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
2Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
GrowCoupons.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, primarily due to third-party content outside our direct control.
We conduct regular accessibility audits using automated tools and actively resolve identified issues. Our last accessibility review was completed in March 2026 using automated scanning tools including AccessiBe.
3Built-in Accessibility Features
GrowCoupons is built with the following accessibility features as standard:
Semantic HTML5
Proper document structure with semantic elements throughout every page including header, nav, main, and footer.
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone. Tab order follows a logical reading sequence.
Visible Focus Indicators
A clear green focus ring is visible on all interactive elements when navigated by keyboard.
Skip to Main Content
A skip navigation link appears at the top of every page for keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation menus.
Alternative Text
Descriptive alt text on all informative images. Decorative images and icons are marked with aria-hidden to avoid cluttering the screen reader experience.
Color Contrast
Interactive elements, text, and UI components have been reviewed and updated to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
Descriptive Links
Links have clear, descriptive text that makes sense when read out of context by a screen reader.
Form Accessibility
All form fields have visible labels. Error messages are announced immediately via ARIA live regions. Required fields are marked explicitly.
ARIA Landmarks
WAI-ARIA landmarks including main, nav, search, and footer enable screen reader users to quickly jump between page regions.
Focus Management
Modal dialogs trap focus correctly when open, return focus to the triggering element when closed, and can be dismissed with the Escape key.
Dynamic Content Announcements
Content changes such as coupon code reveals, form submission results, and search results are announced via ARIA live regions.
Responsive Design
The website adapts to all screen sizes. Interactive elements meet minimum touch target size requirements for mobile users.
Reduced Motion
Animations and transitions are automatically disabled for users who have enabled the prefers-reduced-motion setting in their operating system.
Language Declaration
The HTML lang attribute is set to English on every page so screen readers use the correct language pronunciation.

5Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, the following limitations currently exist:
- External merchant websites reached through our affiliate links may have their own accessibility limitations that are outside our control. We encourage all partner merchants to follow WCAG guidelines.
- Third-party analytics and tracking tools used on the website may not be fully under our control in terms of accessibility.
- Some older content may not yet meet all accessibility standards. We prioritize fixing known issues as quickly as possible.
